The cramped bathroom could use more space for toiletries!!! Painfully limited wardrobe space makes unpacking a hassle!!! Air conditioning unit struggles to cool effectively after a long day!!!

the breakfast, if you could call it that, was extremely limited and uninspiring, which is shocking for a '4-star' establishment. also, i couldn’t believe they charged for minibar water, really? considering the prices i paid, a little complimentary touch would’ve made a difference. i wanted to love this place, but alas, i just couldn’t.
